Marja has over 30 years international business experience including 20 years as a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Since 2005, she has been working as Management Consultant, specialized in helping companies to become self-supporting in Lean Six Sigma and Design for Six Sigma.
She played an active role in launching Six Sigma at General Electric Europe and since then she has implemented several Lean Six Sigma launches in various businesses (industry, healthcare, telecom, public sector). Over the years, she has trained and coached thousands of managers, project leaders and shop floor personnel in Lean, Lean Six Sigma and Design for Six Sigma.
Marja is goal-driven and able to work across different cultures and organizational levels. She has worked and lived in the Netherlands, Finland, Sweden and Japan. Her working languages are Dutch, English and Finnish.
